<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon dioxide fixing system performing sufficient fixing of carbon dioxide with an independent power supply system. <P>SOLUTION: This carbon dioxide fixing system is composed of Euglena algae, a culturing tank for culturing the Euglena algae, a controller which controls the culturing tank, a communication device which is connected to the controller, and a power supply device which supplies electric power to the controller and the communication device.
