PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize SFN even for transmission of a narrow-band signal of disaster prevention radio communication etc. SOLUTION: A radio relay device transmits a reception signal received by a first antenna from a second antenna and has a routing eliminating device, wherein the radio relay device includes a function of routing a signal for estimation at the start of relaying to quickly stabilize routing erasing operation and limiting the signal for estimation after routing erasure becomes stable to secure signal quality.
