PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably capture an object within a photographing range. SOLUTION: In an imaging range by use of a lens unit 12 and an image pickup device 13, a control section 22 identifies an arbitrary moving object, tracks the identified object, determines whether or not the tracked object is within a predetermined area of the imaging range, and controls the imaging range including the object to be zoomed out when it is determined that the object is not within the predetermined area.
