SOLUTION: This method includes a restriction setting step setting restriction conditions, a desired level setting step setting a desired level of the plurality of objective functions, an analysis step calculating Pareto optimal solution as close to the desired level under set restriction conditions as possible, a Pareto optimal solution indication step indicating the Pareto optimal solution, a judgment step judging if the Pareto optimal solution satisfies predetermined criteria, a desired level change setting step changing the desired level if the Pareto optimal solution does not satisfy the predetermined criteria, a repetition step repeating the analysis step, the Pareto optimal solution indication step and the judgment step, and a step calculating operation variable corresponding to Pareto optimal solution if the Pareto optimal solution satisfies the predetermined criteria.
