PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition excellent in release property, mold reproducibility and adhesiveness with a substrate film, free from blocking and having favorable light resistance. SOLUTION: The energy ray-curable resin composition for an optical lens sheet contains a compound (A) expressed by general formula (1) (wherein Y represents a hydrogen atom, a 1-3C alkyl group or a phenyl group which may be substituted with a 1-14C alkyl group, the linking group A represents a 2-3C alkylene group, and n represents a positive number of 4 to 15), urethane (meth)acrylate (B), polyfunctional (meth)acrylate having three or more (meth)acryloyl groups (C), and a photopolymerization initiator (D).
