PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder injection engine capable of surely intensifying tumble flow by fuel spray. SOLUTION: This engine is provided with a plurality of spray injection valves 40C, 40S injecting fuel spray so as to intensify tumble flow in a combustion chamber, and injection directions of the plurality of spray injection valves 40C, 40S are set respectively so as to keep heights of positions where fuel sprays FC, FS injected respectively from the plurality of spray injection valves 40C, 40S impinge on a bore 20 substantially same.
