PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent voice message from being leaked after it is discarded. SOLUTION: A cutting index line 2a on which a voice message transmission sheet 1 is cut when it is discarded, is arranged, wherein a wiring pattern 37c one end of which is connected, among the port terminals of IC chips in an IC substrate 32, to a port terminal for inputting an index signal for recording voice information, is approximate to a wiring pattern 37d one end of which is connected to the port terminal connected to the grand terminal of a coin battery 31 that is to be the generation source of the index signal for recording the voice information.
