PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp element for fixing and holding a prescribed object on a base plate inexpensively by a simple structure, and to facilitate the working of the base plate and enhance the usability of the clamp element. SOLUTION: The clamp element 10 is configured to include a cylindrical element body 12 with at least a lower part stored in a mounting hole formed at the base plate, a mounting flange 14 integrally provided at an outer peripheral part of the element body 12 with a prescribed thickness and extending outward perpendicularly to the axis and provided with a bolt hole 32 for fixing the element to the base plate with a bolt, and a leading bolt 16 housed in a cylinder of the element body 12, projecting axially outward from the upper end of the element body 12 to be screwed into a fixing screw hole formed at an object to be clamped, having a male screw formed on the outer peripheral face of the bolt, and regulated in projecting amount.
