PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image display device capable of dividing a node region into a plurality of regions, discriminately displaying them, and showing the respective volumes. SOLUTION: This medical image display device is provided with: a first region extraction section for extracting a region of interest containing a nuclear region from an image of an observation object part out of captured images acquired by a medical image capturing section; a second region extraction section for extracting the image of an incidental region derived and generated by the extraction process from the extracted image of the region of interest; an incidental region removal section for removing an image of the incidental region from the image of the region of interest extracted by the first region extraction section; and a display section dividing the image of the region of interest from which the incidental image is removed, into a plurality of abnormal structure regions containing the nuclear region and discriminately displaying the respective abnormal structure regions.
