<p>The method of the invention comprises at least the following successive steps : sampling a first volume (V3) of a mixture liquid (3); providing a first air volume (V4) under the first volume (V3) of mixture liquid (3); sampling a second volume (V5) of mixture liquid (3); sampling a volume (V6) of the cell suspension (4), the cell suspension (4) rising to the surface of the second volume (V5) of mixture liquid (3); imparting a reciprocating movement to the liquids in the pipette (1) so that the first air volume (V4) is filled and so that the first and second volumes (V3, V5) of mixture liquid (3) and the volume (V6) of the cell suspension (4) are mixed; and depositing the cell suspension (6) thus obtained on an analysis plate (8).</p> |
