A transceiver circuit capable of compensating IQ mismatch and carrier leakage, and a transceiver integrated circuit are provided to simplify measuring procedure by feeding back an output signal of an uplink mixer into a downlink mixer. An IQ uplink conversion mixer(10) converts a first IQ signal to a first radio frequency. An IQ downlink conversion mixer(20) converts a second radio frequency to a second IQ signal. A feed back pass(30) provides the first radio frequency to the IQ downlink conversion mixer. A first local oscillator(40) provides a first IQ LO signal to the IQ uplink conversion mixer or the IQ downlink conversion mixer. A second local oscillator(50) provides a second IQ LO signal to the IQ uplink conversion mixer or the IQ downlink conversion mixer.
