A method for manufacturing a wire for correction of irregularities of teeth is provided to maintain teeth color by coating a transparent paralene film after coating a transparent metal material on the wire for correction of irregularities of the teeth. A method for manufacturing a wire for correction of irregularities of teeth comprises the following steps of: manufacturing a metal wire by using a metal alloying material; performing a thermal process after etching a surface of the metal wire physically and chemically; performing the thermal process after coating the metal material, teflon, epoxy or urethane; forming a transparent paralene film(25) on the metal material, teflon, and epoxy or urethane and performing thermal process; and processing one side removed a coated layer after removing the one side of the coated layer on the surface of the metal wire.
