A sheet for improving contrast ratio at a bright room, a filter and a display apparatus using the same are provided to improve contrast of display image at bright room and image quality by condensing visible lights generated from a display panel toward a user side. A sheet for improving contrast ratio at bright room includes a base layer(210) and a first layer. The first layer has a plurality of lens units(220,230,240,250,260). The refractive index of the first layer is larger than that of the base layer. In the lens units, the thickness at a center portion is larger than the thickness at an outer portion.
