An endo-bag for endoscopic operation is provided to prevent additional abdominal cavity damage by minimizing unnecessary contact between internal organs within the abdominal cavity of a patient and a surgical instrument in a process of opening the entrance of a vinyl pouch. An endo-bag(20) for endoscopic operation comprises a vinyl pouch(21) and a pair of the flaps(26). The vinyl pouch is made of transparency vinyl material which is harmless in a human body. The entrance(22) is formed in one side edge part of the vinyl pouch. The vinyl pouch is inserted into the abdominal cavity through a trocar with being folded. A pair of flaps are formed to the entrance of the vinyl pouch. The vinyl pouch is easily opened by a pair of flaps. Each flap has the color for the discrimination of the entrance of the vinyl pouch. A pair of flaps are formed in order to intersect in the front side and back side of the entrance of the vinyl pouch.
