A tone bag for underwater pickup having vinyl pack is provided that the off-board tone bag and vinyl pack forms approximately same volume. A tone bag for underwater pickup having vinyl pack comprises an exterior tone bag (10) for the underwater MC type pickup in which an opening inlet(18) is formed in lower-part while accommodating the predetermined air, and a vinyl pack(20) installed inside the exterior tone bag. The tone bag is comprised of the tone bag body made of the material which is air-permeable gradually. The other end part(26) of the vinyl body is fixed to the first opening ring(250) and the second aperture ring(252).
