<p>An organic electroluminescent device and an electronic device are provided to increase a ratio of the light to be discharged to the emitted light. An organic EL device(1) has a plurality of emitting device(15R,15G,15B). The organic EL device is used as an image display of full-color. The color of the emission light is red, green, and blue in the emitting device. The organic EL device has a substrate. The substrate(20) is made of a transparent material like the glass, the opaque material like ceramics and metal. A reflecting layer, a transparent electrode, a hole transport and injection layer, an electron transport and injection layer, and semi-transparent half reflective electrode are formed on the substrate. The light transmitting the reflecting layer and the transparent electrode is reflected to the semi-transparent half reflective electrode. The transparent electrode is made of the transparent material like ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) or IZnO(Indium Zinc Oxide).</p> |
