A water-cleaning apparatus for gutter is provided to prevent water from scattering to the sidewalk by jetting the water as being close to the gutter to be cleaned. A water-cleaning apparatus for gutter comprises a case(100) containing a water tank and a pump, a sliding part(200) protruding from the side of a sprinkler truck, a sliding drive part(300) moving the sliding part, a nozzle support(400) supporting a gutter cleaning nozzle(N), and a rotational driving unit(500) including a rotation support stand(510) and a rotation drive motor(520).
