A toothbrush is provided, which cleanly can remove the foreign material stuck to the tooth and rotates without a battery. A toothbrush comprises: a toothbrush handle having the space part in which one side is opened; a toothbrush body(110) which is installed to block the space part and is formed of a cover in which cavities are formed; a first brush fixed to the first fixing cavity of the cover; a second brush in which a projection is formed on one side; a third brush in which a pinion gear is formed on the outer circumference; an operating bar inserted into the space part of the toothbrush handle; an operation lever which is installed to slide the operating bar; and an operation member made of the elastic body. |
