APPARATUS FOR SORTING WASTE FROM CONSTRUCTION WASTE MATTER

An apparatus for sorting foreign materials from construction waste is provided to discharge the aggregate by transferring aggregate in an upward direction through a transfer screw and to discharge the foreign materials in a downward direction by sorting and extracting the foreign materials using the principle that the foreign materials are floated on the surface of water when aggregate passing through crushing and sorting processes is injected into a slantly installed rotary drum in a construction waste recycling system. An apparatus for sorting foreign materials from construction waste comprises: a rotary drum(10) having a lower hole(12) formed in a lower part thereof; a transfer screw(30) transferring aggregate injected into the lower hole of the rotary drum to an upper hole(11) of the rotary drum while rotating together with the rotary drum; an injection hopper(40) installed on a part of the rotary drum adjacent to the lower hole to guide aggregate injected into the injection hopper to the inside of the rotary drum through the lower hole; a water supply hose(50) discharging the water to the lower hole while supplied water flows down from the inside of a slantly-installed rotary drum; an aggregate transferring water wheel(60) having a plurality of water wheel plates radially installed from the center thereof and rotated to drop the aggregate in an upper part by scooping up aggregate in a lower part ascending along the transfer screw; a discharge duct receiving the aggregate dropped in the upper part of the aggregate transferring water wheel to guide the aggregate to an aggregate transfer conveyor installed in front of the rotary drum; a foreign material removing water wheel(70) having a plurality of water wheel plates radially installed from the center thereof and rotated to drop the foreign materials to the opposite side by scooping up foreign materials floating to the surface of water to an upper part; a discharge chute receiving the foreign materials dropped from the upper part of the foreign material removing water wheel to guide the foreign materials to a foreign material transfer conveyor installed in rear of the rotary drum; and a foreign material filtering unit including a length bar(80) and a plurality of catching bars to filter foreign materials floating above the length bar through the catching bars such that the foreign materials together with water flow down.
