A stair structure for handicapped person and infant is provided to set a slope board on stair when needed and fold it up when not in use. A stair structure for handicapped person and infant comprises a fixed rail frame(10) and a slope board(20). The fixed rail frame includes a handrail strut(11), left and right bending supporting plates(12,12a), a coupling ring(13) in which top and bottom insertion bars(13a,13b) are protruded, a handrail bar(14), an elastic fixing bar(15), and a fixing cap(17). The slope board includes a connection bar(25), a hinge(24), an insertion fixing groove(22), and a handle groove(23). |
