A system for injecting a sample for chromatography automatically, and a method for injecting a sample for chromatography automatically are provided to prevent the damage of a syringe and to reduce the disorder or malfunction of an equipment. A system for injecting a sample for chromatography automatically comprises a sample collection part(100) comprising a vial tray(400) and a needle assembly(110); a sample injection part comprising a sample syringe; and a control part, wherein the needle assembly comprises a needle(111), a needle operation part(112) and a needle guide(113), the sample syringe is provided with a syringe operation part, and the needle guide has a shape whose inside is cut in a conical form so as to allow the needle to move up and down by passing through the apex part of the cone.
