A method for cultivating the sunflower sprouts, and the sunflower sprouts cultivated by the method are provided to improve the convenience and easiness of the cultivation of the sunflower sprouts free from fishy taste. A method for cultivating the sunflower sprouts comprises the steps of soaking the sunflower seed cultivated under environmentally friendly condition for 3-4 hours and removing water; putting the soaked sunflower seed on a container where holes are formed at the bottom and rice straw, gauze, ice hulls and saw dust are loaded; giving the warm water of 20~30°C so as to allow the sunflower seed to be wet; placing the container in the place of 25°C where the ventilation goes well and the sunlight is blocked, covering the entrance of the container with the black cloth, and giving water to it 5-6 times per a day; and repeating the water giving process for 5 days. |
