A base material for a floor finishing material with an excellent lightweight impact sound reduction property and a floor finishing structure using the same are provided to transfer the heat coming from a hypocaust pipe of a floor more effectively, and to have an excellent efficiency on the reduction of interlayer lightweight impact sound reduction. A base material(10) for a floor finishing material with an excellent lightweight impact sound reduction property, as a base material for a floor finishing material installed on the upper part of a base surface when finishing the indoor floor to support the lower part of a floor finishing material, is provided with many through holes(11) formed to penetrate vertically a flat type sheet made of an elastic material and made of polyethylene foam, wherein the floor finishing material is a reinforced floor board. |
