A touch sensing electrode plate of capacitance sensor and a touch screen and a touch pad using the same are provided, which reduce wrong operation by interference of each channel by grasping the touch location. A touch sensing electrode plate of capacitance sensor is constitutes as follows. A plurality of touch sensing electrode lines is arranged in the three different axes and the touch sensing electrode plate is installed in order to have the plane position coordinate. The sensing result is outputted by sensing the variation of capacitance caused by the touch of the touch sensing electrode plate using static electric capacity sensor. The main controller is delivered with the result and grasps coordinates.
