A system for using an internet telephone or a telephone with a mobile terminal and a method thereof are provided to store a mobile communication terminal number of an interlocked user in a database of a service application server, thereby enabling a plurality of people to use one internet telephone or one telephone. A WAP(Wireless Application Protocol) server(110) transmits an input telephone number and a mobile communication terminal phone number and an incoming phone number of an interlocked user to a service application server(120) according to a request of a mobile communication terminal. The service application server is connected to a WAP server. A database(140) stores information of the mobile communications terminal(100) interlocked with telephone user information and the internet phone. The service application server sets up a user authentication work and a communication service type. The database stores information of the internet telephone or the telephone and information of the mobile communication terminal interlocked with the internet telephone or the telephone. The service application server checks whether information of the mobile communication terminal transmitted in the WAP server is stored as the interlocked user in the database. When the WAP server is stored as the interlocked user in the database, the service application server transmits the information of the mobile communication terminal to a gateway(130).
