A fuse circuit is provided to determine a disconnecting state of a fuse by an operation of a current mirror circuit. A fuse circuit(1) includes a first power supply line(GND), a second power supply line(VDD), a first current source, and a fuse(F1). The first current source is connected between the first power supply line and an output terminal(DET). The second current source is connected between the second power supply line and the output line. The second current source has current supply capacity or current draw capacity higher than the current supply capacity or the current draw capacity of the first current source. The fuse is serially connected to the second current source between the second power supply line and the output terminal.
