A dietary supplement is provided to improve the usefulness for the cardiovascular disease patient by inhibiting the blood clot. A dietary supplement comprises a xBrassicoraphanus extract. Preferably the xBrassicoraphanus extract is extracted by using ethanol. Preferably the xBrassicoraphanus extract extracted with ethanol is concentrated under reduced pressure and the concentrated one is freeze-dried.
