A drain cover comprising a plant pot having a planting chamber which includes an opening for receiving plants and a base. A recess positioned below the planting chamber allows the planter to be positioned over a drain gulley surround or grating. A rear panel is provided which is adapted in use to accommodate pipe work attached to the wall against which the plant pot is to be placed. The drain cover is designed for use on a patio and is able to sit flush against both a building wall and the ground surrounding a drain gulley or grating to prevent ingress of leaves and debris or the like. It is also able to partially disguise the unsightly pipe work descending into the drain. |
