A mosquito repelling apparatus with a yellow color LED is provided to vibrate air through sonic waves and radiate a yellow light which a mosquito generally avoids in order to repel a mosquito. A mosquito repelling apparatus with a yellow color LED comprises a pulse generator(10), an LED driving unit(12), a step form wave generator(14), a light generator(16), a light/sonic wave converter(18), a sonic wave vibrator(20), and a volume controller(22). The pulse generator generates a pulse at a predetermined time. The LED driving unit switches a yellow LED on/off according to an inputted pulse from the pulse generator. The step form wave generator receives a switching signal from the LED driving unit and generates a voltage value which rises up to an applied voltage from a ground.
