A method and a system for offering an advertisement by using a ranking index calculated and maintained by using a quality index are provide to show advertising contents to a person only who is interested in a particular product or a case, thereby increasing a targeted advertising effect and an advertising clicking ratio. An advertisement DB for an advertisement and an advertiser DB for an advertiser of the advertisement are unified(S101). An advertisement pool including the advertisement DB and the advertiser DB is stacked and maintained(S102). A ranking index of the advertisement is calculated and maintained by using a quality index(S103). The advertisement is provided based on the ranking index(S104). |
