A computer usage management method for E-learning is provided to limit usage of various computers strictly except access to learning sites permitted by remote public learning facilities, thereby offering better learning environments to users and giving reliability to the users' parents. It is decided whether an IE address window of a registry is set to be hidden, and if not, the window is set to be hidden(S102). At least one item of a change limit of a browser bar of an Internet explorer menu within the registry, an Internet option menu limit, a toolbar option change menu or browser toolbar elimination is set(S104). The corresponding address window is directly controlled by using a BHO(Browser Helper Object) after a handle value of a change-attempted browser is tracked, so that the address window is forcibly disabled(S112). |
