<p>The system (1) has a detecting unit (5) attached to a mobile unit (4) e.g. mobile phone, of a subscriber (2), and transferring time data and position data of the mobile unit, after activation of the detecting unit, in a XML language to a server (3) over a wireless interface. The server provides user specific services based on subscriber profile data of the respective subscriber and the time and local data. The detecting unit has a target identifier and a switch for manual activation/deactivation of the mobile unit. An independent claim is also included for a method for providing user specific services for subscribers.</p> |
