A locking device (60) has a locking unit (62) movable between a locking position and a retracted position. The device has a blocking unit (67) controlled for being displaced between an active position in which the unit (67) locks the unit (62) in locking position and an inactive position in which the unit (67) does not interfere with the unit (62).</p>
