An impedance matching chip, an RF transceiver using the same, and an RF signal transmitting unit are provided to prevent the impedance mismatching between important parts in advance, thereby considerably improving the radiowave propagation. A propagation characteristic controlling circuit(120) determines the insertion loss, reflection loss and VSWR, and is made of the thickness and length of a capacitor(C) and strip line. A reflected wave controlling circuit(130) controls the attenuation so that the insertion loss become high, and is composed of resistors which are load elements. A frequency controlling circuit(110) controls the size and bandwidth of a frequency. The size and bandwidth of the frequency are determined by the thickness and length of a strip line formed in a printed circuit board(PCB).
