A door locking apparatus for cabinet is provided to prevent previously a tearing state of cloths of a passenger and an injury of bodies such as arms or legs by reducing protrusions of a handle and forming a compact structure. A front panel(71) is fixed in one side of a front side of a door(6). A locking unit supporting plate is fixed in one side of a rear side of the door in a protruding state of a spring fixing protrusion. A handle(73) is installed movably in left and right directions in front of the front panel. A movable locking unit(74) is movably coupled with a bonding groove of the locking unit supporting plate. A spring is formed to generate elastic force to maintain a hanging state of the movable locking unit with respect to a hanging hole of a fixing type locking unit when the door is closed by moving the movable locking unit to one side. A box type cover(77) has an internal space and is installed in a rear surface of the door.
