A CTI escrow E-commerce system is provided to remove a need for a buyer to reconnect to an E-commerce system applied with a payment reservation system(escrow) and a server to deliver whether to finally determine to purchase to a financial institution, thus a seller can quickly receive a confirmation in an active way, thereby processing settlement of a product. A CTI server(400) automatically sends a final purchase determination to a buyer(100) through the buyer's wire/wireless communication device(10). By using a TTS function for reading text through a voice without being confused with another product, a selling place, a product name, and a product price recorded in a DB(300) are accounted as a voice. Information showing whether a product is received, purchase is determined, a consultant is connected, or the product is sent back is inputted with a number button of a terminal and finally stored in a DB of an E-commerce system(900). |
