A flow distribution device and method of a heating system are provided to control the driver regulating the opening angle of the flow valve based on the comparison between the flow rate consumed for heating and the reference flow rate. A flow distribution device of a heating system includes a central processing unit(20) generating a flow valve angle control signal and supplying the flow to each room corresponding to the determined flow rate, and a driver(50) controlling the opening angle of the flow valve according to the angle control signal generated in the central processing unit. The central processing unit compares the flow rate consumed for heating with the reference flow rate, and controls the driver with the angle control signal when the flow rate consumed for heating exceeds the reference flow rate, while determining the flow rate to be supplied based on information about the heating length and fuel pressure difference of the room required to be heated and generating the angle control signal according to the determined flow rate when the flow rate consumed for heating is less than the reference flow rate. |
