<p>The medical hand-grip equipment has a drive device for rotatingly driving an ampoule (2) and an injection needle (4). A delivery device delivers the medicinal substance from the ampoule. An antitwist coupling arrangement maintains the same rotational speed for the ampoule and the injection needle. An independent claim is included for method for loading medical injection device.</p>
