A foot plate of the sporting goods is provided, in which a user is not interfered by a handle while moving to the seat of the muscle-training sporting goods from a wheelchair. A foot plate of the sporting goods comprises: a foot plate(108) for exercise of foot-pushing; a hanger bolt for setting up a loop on both sides of the foot plate; a foot-holding member(110) including a foot supporting part; and a loop member which is formed in both ends of the foot-holding member and is equipped with a hanging ring to be hung on a hanger bolt.
