FIELD: physics, measurements. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to metering equipment and is intended for measurement of misalignment of cylindrical surfaces, in particular journals of axles of railway rolling stock wheelsets after maintenance in plant or depot. Device comprises basing device in the form of ""-shaped portal, foundation, indicating units and prisms installed in plane parallel to their common axis, with the possibility of contact with inspected cylindrical surfaces, and also device for relative displacement of indicating units and inspected cylindrical surfaces. Besides foundation of basing device is equipped with site, plane of which is parallel to common axis of indicating units. ""-shaped portal is equipped with spherical support, which is kinematically connected to mentioned site. Device for relative displacement of indicating units and inspected cylindrical surfaces is arranged in the form of support rollers that are fixed pairwise on foundation and in track of wheelsets. Besides prisms are equipped with thrusts in the form of spring-loaded rollers installed with the possibility of contact with end of wheel seat part of axis. ^ EFFECT: higher accuracy of measurement of misalignment of journals of axles of railway rolling stock wheelsets after maintenance in plant or depot. ^ 2 dwg |
