FIELD: food products. ^ SUBSTANCE: compressed kissel concentrate is produced in two stages. At first, artificial sweetener, fruit and berry extract or concentrated juice are blended with flavouring agent, dye and citric acid up to complete ingredient dissolution in the extract or liquid juice. At the second stage, the obtained liquid mixture is first added to sugar and stirred until uniformly coloured mass is obtained. Then starch is added and the mixture is stirred again to obtain uniformly coloured mass, which is then moved for compacting. Such ingredients as sugar, starch, citric acid and artificial sweetener are used in the specified ratio. ^ EFFECT: increased kissel manufacturability. |
