FIELD: technological processes; chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: according to method for removal of volatile oxidising compounds from particles available in reservoir, gas flow is continuously introduced into container, gas flow captures oxidsing compound from particles, and then gas flow containing oxidising substance is discharged from container. Oxygen, in the form of air, is added to exhausted gas flow, and oxidising compounds are partially catalytically oxidised with the help of oxygen. Oxidisation is carried out with the help of catalyst with active component that includes at least one precious metal selected from the group that comprises platinum, palladium and rhodium. Gas flow after oxidation forms at least part of gas flow supplied into reservoir to arrange gas flow circulation. Method includes stage of start-up mode, when installation is blown with inertial gas, in particular nitrogen. Installation for method realisation comprises reservoir intended for loading of particles, polymers, with system of gas supply and exhaust, apparatus with catalyst, line of gas circulation and recycle line, gauge for air connected to gas discharge line, for introduction of oxygen into gas discharge line. Installation also comprises lambda-probe for measurement of oxygen content in recycle line and controller that regulates amount of oxygen supplied through gauge on the basis of oxygen content amount measured by lambda-probe. ^ EFFECT: safe and efficient removal of oxidising compounds from polymer particles. ^ 18 cl, 4 ex, 1 tbl, 1 dwg |
