FIELD: heating systems, drying. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to drying procedure of liquid thermolabile products, and can be used in food, microbiological and pharmaceutical industries. Device for spraying liquid product in vacuum-sublimation dryer consists of evaporation chamber made in the form of a cyclone, lower part of which is connected to a head tank by means of a transient channel equipped with a diaphragm with adjustable section, and a capillary made in the form of a nozzle and equipped with annular channel in its convergent part. Diaphragm is made from flexible material and enclosed with annular chamber; nozzle is equipped with external steam chamber, and its surface below annular channel is made in the form of annular shutters with longitudinal slots which are tangential in the direction coinciding with direction of the product rotation in evaporation chamber, and steam supply pipeline from evaporation chamber to the nozzle is equipped with inert gas supply branch pipe. ^ EFFECT: providing the possibility of spraying the product in vacuum-sublimation dryer, and improving operating reliability of the device at start-up and stop of product supply. ^ 3 dwg |
