A multipurpose small-size unit for continuous preparation of NaCMC of different kinds of cellulose at high quality of the product prepared and reduction of power consumption. The unit comprises a unit for feeding cellulose and sodium hydroxide solution, hydropulper, twin-screw pressing device, which housing is perforated throughout the length, a unit for feeding activated cellulose, sodium chloroacetate and sodium hydroxide solution, twin-screw reactor mixing device, screw apparatus (maturing reactor), with ability of heating-up with hot water, dryer, shredding unit, cyclone, hopper and packaging unit. Those are connected by system of pipelines and stock lines in tandem. |
