Method for building houses, constructions includes arrangement of pit, implementation of concrete preparation, mounting basement in body of which by whole thickness one places channels, and continuous monitoring of sagging and tilts of the house. Mark of bottom of pit is made over than designed mark of bottom of basement that is made as one-layer, by value of building lift of the house equal to potential deformation S of base of the house. Channels are arranged at angle to vertical axis. By results of monitoring one cyclically levels the house through partial extraction of earth through channels. |
