Method for application of information technologies with use of electronic digital signature with enhanced certificate for transfer of report documents with use of system of report submission in electronic form by means of electronic digital signature with enhanced certificate that includes personal computer with software and personal key stored on protected carrier of key information, and open key that is transferred to certified center of key certification. Additionally one automates the whole life cycle of document chosen at personal computer by means of software for signing, with reading generated personal key from any carrier of key information and with formation of file with document that is signed with electronic digital signature with enhanced certificate, after that by means of means of information, information-telecommunication systems or with sending electronic carriers on which documents are stored with use of electronic digital signature with enhanced certificate, one stores and/or sends, and/or receives, and/or transfers information at that electronic digital signature with enhanced certificate as component part of document is used during the whole life cycle of electronic document. |
