A system and a method for producing broadcasting target-based BIFS(Binary Format For Scene) service, and a server applied to the same are provided to offer differentiated broadcasting services to users by associating an additional information providing service with broadcasting contents. A broadcasting center(100) provides broadcasting contents such as news, drama, etc. through a broadcasting network, and transmits broadcasting program information corresponding to broadcasting contents based on a broadcasting program database and a data broadcasting schedule database. A synchronization information and additional information providing sever(200) extracts PTS information for reproducing broadcasting contents received in a broadcasting communication terminal device(400). A service management sever(300) matches a broadcasting service with the additional broadcasting information of bidirectional data.
