A virtual reality based system is provided to make users more precisely control object on virtual program by feeling intensity of physical impact and to supply a virtual experience tool having sense of real. A haptic mechanism(10) rotates one end of two robot arms connected to a rotary joint to a horizontal axis and a vertical axis. A controlling device(20) receives 3D rotation angle of the robot arm from the haptic mechanism and produces location of a handle. A virtual space 3d image information is generated in order to represent object corresponding to handle to location of the calculated handle. One or more virtual objects are included in the virtual space 3d image information and outputted to a 3d image display device(30). The dimensional image displaying device receives the virtual space 3d image information from a control unit and indicates 3D image.
