TRANSCEIVER MODULE OF CAS INFORMATION

A transceiver module of CAS(Conditional Access System) information is provided to install plural set-top boxes without plural CAS cards by sharing CAS information among the plural set-top boxes with a CAS transceiver module. A TX modulator(110) modulates TX data including CAS information of a main processor in a set-top box and outputs the TX data through one of an input terminal(IN) and an output terminal(OUT). An RX discriminator(120) demodulates an RX signal which includes CAS information and is received through the input terminal or the output terminal, and transfers the demodulated RX signal to the main processor of the set-top box. A CAS information transceiver module includes an I/O controller which controls a TX modulator to select a transmission path according to a transmission control from the main processor.
