摘要 The invention relates to electrical engineering and electric power engineering and can be used in devices for measurement, protection and control of electric power devices. Method for measurement of root-mean-square value of voltage is in multiplication of number of sources of single-phase voltage vectors of which are collinear with respect to input voltage and placement of those sources with respect to potential of zero phase in such way as to provide symmetry of output multi-phase system of voltages and symmetrical stars formation of number of phases and multi=phase rectification. Variants of methods of measurement of root-mean-square values are described: single-phase voltages and currents, and symmetrical components of direct, reversed and zero sequence of three-phase voltages. The invention provides increase of operation speed of measurement of root-mean-square value of voltages and currents to level enough for operation at rate of real time scale.
